As part of our commitment to the circular economy, we have introduced several changes to our accommodations to reduce our environmental impact while enhancing the guest experience. These initiatives apply to both public areas and guest rooms for a more eco-friendly hotel.
Reducing single-use items in public spaces
We have replaced single-use ice buckets with reusable self-service ice buckets that are washed and sanitized after each use, significantly cutting down on plastic waste. Additionally, we have switched from disposable batteries to rechargeable ones, particularly in magnetic door handles, to reduce resource consumption.
In public restrooms, paper towel dispensers have been replaced with electric hand dryers and reusable hand towels, providing a more sustainable alternative.
Eco-friendly guest rooms
We have redesigned our guest rooms to eliminate single-use items and introduce reusable alternatives:
Plastic cups and cardboard coffee cups have been replaced with porcelain glasses and mugs.
Plastic coffee stirrers have been replaced with reusable spoons.
Disposable makeup remover wipes have been swapped for reusable black washcloths.
Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner are now provided in refillable dispensers featuring bulk Quebec-made products.

Reducing water consumption
We have also taken steps to optimize water usage:
Faucet aerators have been installed in all rooms to reduce water flow without compromising guest comfort.
Toilet water levels have been adjusted to minimize waste.
Some toilets have been replaced with low-flow models to improve water efficiency.
With these changes, we continue our transition towards more sustainable accommodations without compromising comfort and service quality. Thank you for joining us in creating a greener future!
