Our policies

In order to properly plan your stay, we tell you the different policies of our establishment to ensure you have a wonderful stay. 

Pre-authorization

A pre-authorization corresponding to the amount of one night plus taxes will be taken from your credit card 72 hours before your arrival. If the pre-authorization is refused, you will have 24 hours to provide us with a valid credit card number, otherwise we will cancel your reservation.

Cancelation

Cancellation without charge must be made 48 hours before 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. In the event that a cancellation is received after this deadline or in the case of a no-show, the costs, equivalent to one night plus taxes, will be billed to your credit card. 

Animals

We accept pets in 2 rooms only. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. The cleaning fee of $25 plus taxes is already included in the room rate. 

In the event that the presence of an animal is noted in another of these rooms, you will be charged a fee of $50 plus taxes. 

Your obligations:

  • It is mandatory to notify us of the presence of an animal in the room at the time of booking.

  • The animal must be kept on a leash at all times

  • The animal must be controlled and mastered by its owner, the client.

  • The animal cannot be left alone in the room

  • The customer is responsible for breakage and damage caused by their animal and will have to assume the costs and expenses.

  • The customer is responsible for picking up the animal's waste and excrement.

  • The customer must avoid any nuisance caused by the animal, noise or otherwise.

  • Failure to comply with these obligations could result in additional charges or expulsion, without refund, at the discretion of the Motel and its managers.

Exceptions:

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed in all rooms for a cleaning fee of $25 plus taxes. 

Proof of certification or a letter from a health professional certifying the need for the assistance dog must be presented upon arrival, otherwise the motel and its management may refuse to accommodate the client and their animal. 

The customer and his animal are subject to the same obligations set out above.
